Need a way to update the CW Login username and password in db

We need to store the system username and password for CW in our database and we will have to encrypt the password.
We have a function in the server that supports this for Datasweep. I don't know how generic this function is.
I will ask beat.  We probably need a button on the admin app that lets an admin update the username and password in the db. Who will implement that?
