Soccer is the known kind of sport. the main rule to score with the ball into the gates of the opposing team's,  applying  all limbs except the arms. Game  were amusement and entertainment.  100 years ago  played only by students. There were no unified rules.  Somewhere it was strictly forbidden to touch the ball with your hands .
