Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper, Reyaad Pieterse, talks about the importance of teamwork over individual talent ahead of the Bloemfontein Celtic game. "As a club, we obviously make the team effort our goal instead of individual ambitions," Pieterse told Soccer Laduma. "It is obvious that we all have our own goals but what matters most is prioritising the team, which is why we never plan for games as individuals. It is not the individual who wins points, but rather the team. "In that regard we have to focus on ourselves as a team. Once we do that then I think we Barcelona Fodboldtrøjer can beat anyone in the country. We don't really need to focus on every team that we play against, only on the job we can do."
