To the despair of every Arsenal fan in the country, Julian Draxler is officially a Paris-Saint Germain player after he was pictured holding the shirt alongside Les Parisiens' director of football Patrick Kluivert. Draxler will wear the number 23 shirt at the Ligue 1 side as he looks ready to complete a reported £38 million transfer from German side Wolfsburg. The 23-year-old has been linked with a move for Valencia fodboldtrøje some time, with Arsenal and Liverpool reportedly keen on signing the talented midfielder, but Unai Emery has clearly done enough to convince Draxler that Paris is the real deal. Wolfsburg's head of sport Olaf Rebbe said the following in a statement: "We have had intense and constructive discussions with Julian Draxler and his management as well as with Paris Saint-Germain in recent days and finally achieved a very good result for all sides." The picture with Kluivert was published by German publication BILD on Saturday morning, dispelling all rumours of a move elsewhere. As World-Cup winning midfielder Draxler completed his move to the Parc des Princes, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp hit out at players who allow money to dictate their careers and warned that he 'will not go nuts' on player wages.
