When does Tadalista need to be adjusted based on my health?

Tadalista, which contains tadalafil, is commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and sometimes for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The dosage might need to be adjusted based on several factors related to your health. Here are some conditions when Tadalista might require adjustments:

Kidney problems:
If you have kidney issues, your doctor may need to reduce the dose of Tadalista. Severe kidney impairment (such as in cases of dialysis) requires close monitoring and dosage adjustments.
Liver problems:
For individuals with liver disease, especially moderate to severe liver impairment, a lower dose may be necessary, as the drug is metabolized in the liver.
Heart conditions:
If you have heart problems like low blood pressure, recent stroke, or heart attack, your doctor may adjust your dosage. Tadalista can lower blood pressure, so people with certain cardiovascular issues may need more careful monitoring.
Medication interactions:
If you're taking medications that interact with tadalafil (e.g., nitrates or alpha-blockers for blood pressure), your doctor may adjust the Tadalista dose or advise against using it together with these medications.
